Product Description

Heat Resistant conveyor belt is a kind of fabric conveyor belt, as a general rule, when the temperature of the conveyed materials exceeds 60ºC, the use of a heat resistant conveyor belt will be more practical and economical.

Mainly used in short and medium distance materials transportation, very suitable for conveying hot sintering materials, hot coke, pellets, hot casting, clinker, chemicals, fertilizers, cement and other high temperature materials.

Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt adopts either an SBR or EPDM belt layer - a special high temperature resistant canvas as the carcass material -solving the issue of fabric shrinkage and deformation problems under high temperature environments, but also crucially avoiding the the problem rubber saturation and poor adhesion.

The core body is designed to minimize performance variation under heat.
